THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO ~~~~~ December 6, 2022 (LSNews) Hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officers responded to a call of extreme violence yesterday, Monday December 5, 2022.
A woman had suffered significant injuries as a result of an assault by a white male suspect.
The woman was transported to Thunder Bay Hospital to be treated for her injuries.
A white male suspect on bail for sex assault charges on children was identified and located by TBPS Officers.
A 38 year old JESSY WILLIAM MUIR (DOB: February 16,1984) is criminally charged with:
MUIR has outstanding sexual assault charges on female children.
MUIR spent the night in custody at Balmoral Police Station and was transported to the Thunder Bay Jail this morning, Tuesday December 6,2022.
MUIR will be spending the Christmas holidays in custody at the jail and has a court appearance scheduled on January 16,2023.
TBPS Media Relations Coordinator Scott Paradis continues to refuse to notify the public about violent acts against women and children in our community.
