FORT HOPE, ONTARIO ~~~~~  December 19, 2022 (LSNews)  Hardworking Nishnawbe Aski Police Officers on the Fort Hope Reserve have made an arrest in relation to an investigation into a disturbing incident involving an underage female.

NAPS Officers allege that on December 15,2022 that a band member invited a young female to touch his penis.

The indigenous male suspect has a criminal record with several outstanding charges.

He was arrested by NAPS Officers.

A 30 year old THOMAS WABOOSE (August 13,1992) was criminally charged with:

• -invite young person under 16 for sexual purpose to to touch penis

WABOOSE was held at the NAPS detachment and ordered released on $200 no deposit bail by Justice of the Peace Nancy Tulloch this morning, Monday December 19,2022

WABOOSE has conditions:

• -reside with his Mommy, Evelyn Waboose at 317 Albany Crescent in Fort Hope
• -no contact with victims

WABOOSE has a scheduled court appearance on February 23,2022 in Fort Hope

Taxpayer-subsidized media  were made aware of this arrest, but refused to report it to the public.
