THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO ~~~~~ July 3, 2022 (LSNews) Hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officers responded to a call regarding a disturbance this morning, Sunday July 3,2022 at 1am.
TBPS MEDIA RELATIONS COORDINATOR SCOTT PARADIS REFUSING TO TELL THE PUBLIC AGAIN
It’s alleged that a male in a large white pick-up truck drove through two ditches and struck another vehicle. The male driver allegedly then got out, and threw a can of Coke at another vehicle causing the windshield to be damaged. He proceeded to slash the tires on the vehicle and yell at a female that he would kill her.
Officers arrived quickly to locate the driver who allegedly showed signs of being impaired by alcohol.
It’s alleged the driver was on probation, had a suspended license & blew over on the breathalyzer at Balmoral Police Station.
A 21 year old EVAN WILLIAM TRABBISH-FINLAYSON was criminally charged with:
- -impaired driving
- -blood alcohol over .08
- -drive while suspended
- -dangerous driving
- -fail to stop at scene of accident
- -utter threats to cause death
- -mischief (destroy property)
- -breach of probation
TRABBISH-FINLAYSON was held in a cell at Balmoral Police Station to sober up and was ordered released to his mother/surety 40 year old ELAINA TRABBISH with conditions:
- -not contact victim
- -no alcohol in body outside of house
TRABBISH-FINLAYSON has a court appearance in August 2022
TBPS Media Relations Coordinator Scott Paradis is refusing to tell the public about this incident.
