Sudden Death | Thunder Bay 2019

ARREST MADE IN NORAH STREET FIREARM INCIDENT

ARREST MADE IN NORAH STREET FIREARM INCIDENT

THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO  ~~~~~~  July 31, 2021 (LSNews)  Hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officers responded to a firearm incident yesterday afternoon, Friday July 30,2021 at approximately 5pm in the 200 block of Norah Street North.

Officers blocked the streets off while they searched for the gunman. It took over 5 hours for the lazy Director of Communications to notify the public of this incident. He simply doesn’t care about public safety.

An investigation revealed that a man operating a vehicle in the back lane behind 214 Norah Street North had a handgun pointed at him by a male.

After several hours, an arrest was made by TBPS Officers. But the investigation is ongoing.

A 41 year old BYRON LEE HORTON was criminally charged with:

  • -pointing firearm
  • -possession of a weapon dangerous to public
  • -assault with a weapon

HORTON was held overnight at Balmoral Police Station and appeared by phone in Thunder Bay Bail Court today, Saturday July 31,2021 before Her Worship, Justice of the Peace Jennifer Neil.

HORTON tells the court that he doesn’t really understand the charges and thinks this is fucked.

Provincial Crown Attorney Katrina Van Kessel would not consent to the release of HORTON.

HORTON is remanded into custody at the Thunder Bay Jail and has another court appearance on Tuesday August 3,2021

He is ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim.

Another great job by hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officers.

As per usual practice, the Director of Communications hasn’t told the public about the arrest. He receives in excess of 141 000 taxpayer dollars annually and really doesn’t know what he’s doing. He used to sell ads for TBLAZYWATCH. Local taxpayer subsidized media are also not telling the public.
