WESTFORT STABBER ARRESTED
3:30pm a 31 year old male has been arrested & charged with murder and aggravated assault
THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO ~~~~~~ June 29, 2021 (LSN) Inside Edition sources indicate that 2 young males on bicycles were stabbed yesterday, Monday June 28,2021 in the area of the James Street swing bridge. Sources indicate that one 15 year old male was stabbed three times and had his throat cut while the other stabbed male ran for help.
Update 3:30pm-a 31 year old male has been arrested & charged with murder and aggravated assault
Hardworking Thunder Bay Police & paramedics responded quickly to the area of James Street South and Gore Street West just after 12:20 a.m. on Tuesday, June 29
Two males were taken for medical treatment of their stab wounds and the assailant remains at large. The condition of the surviving victim is unknown at this time.
Unfortunately, the Director of Communications at TBPS has stopped notifying the public about stabbings & dangerous offenders at large.
Police Chief Sylvie Hauth continues the status quo of blatant disregard for public safety.
