MONTREAL FENTANYL DEALER WITH LOADED HANDGUN RELEASED ON BAIL
Both the Federal & Provincial Crown Attorneys wanted JINATI detained.
THUNDER BAY, 9NTARIO ~~~~~ May 5, 2022 (LSNews) An 18 year old Islamic female RIM JANATI appeared by video today, Thursday May 5,2022 before Justice of the Peace Jerry Woods for a bail hearing.
JINATI was busted on April 20,2022 with a pound of fentanyl and a loaded handgun in Thunder Bay Social Housing at 111 Picton Avenue.
But, Justice of the Peace Jerry Woods ordered that JINATI be released on a $14 000 cash deposit bail with conditions:
- -reside with her mother/surety Hanane Temsamani at her home at 10812 Ave Wilfred St. Louis in Montreal
- -house arrest unless in presence of mother
- -report to Thunder Bay Police every Monday
- -no drugs
- -no weapons
- -no contact with coaccused
JINATI has another court appearance on June 13,2022
Justice of the Peace Jerry Woods has sent a strong message to out of town drug dealers with guns.
Come to Thunder Bay with fentanyl & guns, and you will be released by Justice of the Peace Woods.
Thunder Bay Housing continues to allow these out of town drug dealers into taxpayer-subsidized housing.
