HOME INVASION BEAR SPRAY SUSPECT RELEASED ON $600 NO DEPOSIT BAIL

THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO   ~~~~~   May 16, 2022 (LSNews)  A 36 year old TYLER LOSIER BANNING was ordered released on $600 no deposit bail from the Thunder Bay Jail today, Tuesday May 17,2022 by Justice of the Peace Denette Ellard.

TBPS MEDIA RELATIONS COORDINATOR SCOTT PARADIS IS STILL REFUSING TO TELL THE PUBLIC

It’s alleged that TYLER LOSIER BANNING, along with local criminal SERGE PIERRE-LOUIS kicked open the door of Apartment 2 at 334 Pearl Street on Wednesday May 11,2022 just before midnight.

They proceeded to bear spray/ mace 3 indigenous occupants, 2 females & a male.

LOSIER-BANNING has conditions:

  • -reside with his 24 year old girlfriend/surety Lauren Clair-Nagy at her mother’s home in 100 block of Robinson Drive in Thunder Bay
  • -no weapons
  • -no contact with victim or coaccused
  • -not be within 100 meters of 334 Pearl Street
  • -curfew of 10pm-6am

LOSIER-BANNING has another court date on June 21,2022

TBPS Media Relations Coordinator Scott Paradis and his buddies at TBLAZYWATCH refused to tell the public about this violent home invasion.

ONE MAN WAS WANTED ON WARRANT SINCE 2018

TBPS MEDIA RELATIONS COORDINATOR SCOTT PARADIS NEVER TOLD THE PUBLIC

Hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officers responded to a violent home invasion yesterday, Wednesday May 11,2022 at 334 Pearl Street before midnight

It’s alleged that two men forcibly entered the home and bear sprayed 2 females & a male inside.

Inside Edition sources indicate that drugs are prevalent at this location.

A 36 year old TYLER LOSIER-BANNING was criminally charged with:

  • -forcible entry
  • -assault with a weapon (bear spray) X 3
  • -fail to attend court on September 24,2018

A 31 year old black male SERGE PIERRE-LOUIS was criminally charged with:

  • -forcible entry
  • -assault with a weapon (bear spray) X 3

Both men were held overnight at Balmoral Police Station and remanded into custody at Thunder Bay Jail today, Thursday May 12,2022

September 9,2016

Tyler Losier Banning is on trial again today. He was last sentenced on April 18,2016 to 3 months house arrest, 12 months probation and anger/drug/alcohol counselling again. He was arrested again on June 24, 2016 for mischief, breach and additional charges. He's a regular in the Thunder Bay Courthouse. He just plead guilty to assaulting a pregnant woman. Tyler received another 12 months of probation plus more alcohol/drug/anger counselling for this assault conviction. He's also been ordered no contact with his victim as well as a 9 year old girl.

THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO ~~~~  December 26, 2022 (LSNews)   On December 14, 2022,  Monte McNaughton, Minister of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development. “That’s why our government is the first in North America to require naloxone kits be accessible in at-risk workplaces by June 1, 2023, to raise awareness for those struggling with addiction, reduce stigma and save lives.”

In 2021, 2,819 people died from opioid-related causes in Ontario – the highest number on record and up from 366 in 2003. Naloxone is a life-saving medication that can temporarily reverse an opioid overdose, restore breathing within two to five minutes, and allow time for medical help to arrive.
