CRACKHEAD WANTED ON WARRANT ARRESTED BY THUNDER BAY POLICE
THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO ~~~~~ September 28, 2022 (LSNews) Hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officers arrested a woman wanted on a probation violation warrant yesterday, Tuesday September 27,2022
The white female suspect has been wanted on a warrant for almost a year, but TBPS Media Relations Coordinator Scott Paradis refuses to tell the public about wanted persons.

A 40 year old CELINE MARIE BELLEAU was criminally charged with:
-breach of probation
BELLEAU has outstanding criminal charges of two counts of breach of bail from Terrace Bay for consuming drugs and being caught without her surety.
BELLEAU was convicted on June 15,2021 of trafficking drugs & received 18 months probation. She allegedly failed to report to probation.
BELLEAU has a lengthy criminal record and was held overnight at Balmoral Police Station
BELLEAU was transported to the Thunder Bay Correctional Center today,Wednesday September 28,2022 and has another court appearance tomorrow, Thursday September 29,2022.

Yesterday, Thursday July 16,2020 hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officers busted for people who had been dealing cocaine out of an apartment on 19 Clarkson Street South.
A substantial amount of cocaine was seized along with ammunition and scales.
All the accused spent the night in a jail cell at the Thunder Bay Police Station
SOME FAMILIAR FACES AND A PAIR OF LOVEBIRDS
All were charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking. BELLEAU has an extra charge of breach of probation.
- -29 year old JOSHUA JOSEPH METANSININE (lawyer Don Rusnak)
- -38 year old CELINE MARIE BELLEAU (lawyer Gilbert Labine)
BELLEAU HAS PREVIOUS CONVICTION FOR DRUG TRAFFICKING
- -21 year old CHERISE JULIA KRISTY ANDERSON (lawyer Gilbert Labine)
- -25 year old NOLAN MATTHEW MEQUANAWAP (refused to talk to a lawyer)
They all appeared by audio in Thunder Bay Bail Court today, Friday July 17,2020 before His Worship, Justice of the Peace Marcel Donio.
Federal Crown Attorney Ron Poirier is not a fan of drug dealers and does his best to protect our city against them. He is not consenting to the release of any of them. The men are heading to the Thunder Bay Jail and the women to the Correctional Center.
They all have court dates next week.
As per usual practice, the Director of Communications is just too lazy to do his job. Police Chief Hauth does nothing to correct this.
UPDATE: IT TOOK THE DIRECTOR ALL MORNING TO DO A WRITE UP. It finally went up at 12:30pm.

TWO TORONTO GANGSTERS AND TWO LOCALS ARRESTED
Hardworking Thunder Bay Police arrested 4 people yesterday, Sunday March 31,2019 in a crack bust at the Landmark Hotel. Officers responded shortly after 6:30am to make the arrests.
The not so hardworking Director of Communications at TBPS isn’t telling the public. Update: At 1pm the Director did some work.
Over $21 000 worth of crack was seized and $8000 cash
A 39 year old MOSIAH MOSES PETER, a black man with suspected gangster connections from Mississauga was arrested and charged with possession for purpose of trafficking of crack. He allegedly had a quantity of cash. He faces a further charge of assault on an indigenous man. PETER is heading to the overcrowded Thunder Bay Jail.
A 38 year old ANTHONY NICHOLAS KAPLANIS, a local white man was arrested and charged with possession of crack for purpose of trafficking. He has a charge of assault on an indigenous man along with PETER. It’s further alleged that he obstructed police by providing a false name. KAPLANIS was also wanted on a warrant since December 2018 for robbery of an iPhone. The Director of Communications at TBPS never featured him on Wanted Wednesday. He also has outstanding robbery and sexual assault charge. He’s also heading to the overcrowded Thunder Bay Jail.
A 37 year old CELINE BELLEAU, a local white woman was arrested and charged with possession of crack cocaine for purpose of trafficking. She was out on undertaking and is facing a breach charge. She has outstanding impaired driving charges. She is heading to the Correctional Center for women. BELLEAU will have a Bail Hearing on April 10,2019
A 25 year old SHANE BENJAMIN , a large black man from Mississauga was also arrested and charged with possession of crack cocaine for the purpose of trafficking. He facing proceeds of crime charge as well.
BENJAMIN has 2 breach of recognizance and 1 breach of probation charge extra. BENJAMIN is on bail conditions from Toronto. He’s allegedly supposed to be in Toronto with his surety and has an upcoming trial in May and July in Toronto from 2018 drug charges.
He’s heading to the very overcrowded Thunder Bay Jail.

A 37 year old CELINE BELLEAU facing her second impaired driving charge in the past month.
BELLEAU was arrested yesterday afternoon, Saturday March 16,2019. She was observed by TBPS Officers passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle for impaired drug driving. She was previously arrested for same offence on February 18,2019.
BELLEAU was released on an undertaking and has a future court date of April 9,2019
