WANTED “MISSING” MAN ARRESTED FOR MURDER

THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO ~~~~~ June 24, 2022 (LSNews) Hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officers have arrested a Thunder Bay man for murder.
It’s alleged that shortly after 2 am this morning, Friday June 24, 2022 that Thunder Bay Police responded to a call at a home in the 900 block of Miles Street. across from the Fort William Gardens.
Officers located a deceased adult male identified as JOHN RUEBEN.
The suspect in the murder was also wanted on charges for failing to attend court and had a bench warrant issued for his arrest.
A 24 year old JOSEPH HUBBARD has been criminally charged with:
HUBBARD spent the rest of the morning in custody at Balmoral Police Station and made a court appearance this morning, Friday June 24,2022 before Justice of the Peace Tobey Meyer.
First degree murder is an automatic detention order and only a Superior Court Justice can order a release.
HUBBARD is being transported to the Thunder Bay Jail.
TBPS Media Relations Coordinator Scott Paradis never told the public that JOSEPH HUBBARD was wanted. Maybe if he had told the public, JOHN RUEBEN might still be alive.
The public is only notified when HUBBARD goes “missing”
HUBBARD has another court appearance next week
