THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO  ~~~~~~  September 24, 2022 (LSNews)  Hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officers have completed an investigation regarding the rape of a young female under the age of 16 years.

TBPS Officers arrested the white male suspect yesterday, Friday, September 23,2022.

TBPS MEDIA RELATIONS COORDINATOR SCOTT PARADIS IS REFUSING TO TELL THE PUBLIC AGAIN

A 55 year old ROBERT NEAL BOUCHER has been criminally charged with:

-touch female under 16 for sexual purpose

-communicate female under 16 for sexual purpose

-sexually assault female under 16

BOUCHER was held overnight at Balmoral Police Station and transported to the Thunder Bay Jail today, Saturday September 24,2022.

BOUCHER has outstanding criminal charges from November 30,2021 from an attack on a woman in the East End.

BOUCHER was residing in Thunder Bay Social Housing at 925 Simpson Street, but TBPS Media Relations Coordinator Scott Paradis & his boss, TBPS Director of Communications Chris Adams refuse to warn the public about a Registered Sex Offender. They are refusing to even announce these latest charges. Public safety is not a priority for them. Hiring TBLAZYWATCH staff to communicate TBPS has repeatedly put members of the public in peril.
