THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO March 23, 2019 (LSN) 29 year old Patrick James Menson & 32 year old Ashley
Marie Potson have been arrested and charged with second degree murder in the beating death on march 18,2019 of 37 year old Tanya Andy behind the landmark inn
Patrick James MENSON, 29, of Thunder Bay, is now charged with Second-Degree Murder and Probation Order Non Compliance.
He appeared in court Saturday morning and was remanded into custody with a future appearance date of April 4.

In the early morning hours of Tuesday, March 19, officers responded to reports of an unresponsive woman on a bike path in the County Fair area. A passerby had called 911 after seeing the body on a path.
The woman was identified as Tanya following a post-mortem examination.
On Wednesday, March 20, as the result of the ongoing investigation, Ashley Mary POTSON, 32, of Thunder Bay was charged with Second-Degree Murder, Failing to Comply with Condition Recognizance x 2.

THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO March 21, 2019 (LSN) Thunder Bay Police Service officers have charged a Ashley Mary POTSON, 32 with second-degree murder in connection with a recent homicide investigation.
Ashley Mary POTSON, 32, of Thunder Bay, is charged with Second-Degree Murder, Failing to Comply with Condition Recognizance x 2.
POTSON appeared in court Thursday morning and was remanded into custody with a future appearance date.
A post-mortem will take place in Toronto.

As a result of the ongoing investigation a suspect was identified. That suspect was located and arrested in the evening hours of Wednesday, March 20.
The scene is still being held and police continue to ask the public to avoid the area as the investigation continues.
