THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO ~~~~~  January 9, 2023  (LSNews)  A 27 year old Convicted Sex Offender ELVIS AARON COLLANDER (DOB:September 21,1995) appeared in person today, Monday January 9,2023 before Justice of the Peace Tobey Meyers for a bail hearing.

COLLANDER is alleged to have breached his two year Conditional Sentence Order along with his Sex Offender conditions by distributing child pornography.

THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO  ~~~~~  January 8, 2023  (LSNews) Hardworking Thunder Bay Bay Police Officers have made an arrest after the LCBO at 1010 Dawson Road was robbed TWICE in one day.

It’s alleged that an indigenous male suspect, from Ogoki Post  Reserve, entered the Dawson Road LCBO on Friday January 6,2023 and shoplifted 4 bottles of liquor. The suspect walked past the clerk without paying. The clerk attempted to stop the suspect from leaving, but the liquor thief raised a liquor bottle above his head in a threatening manner towards the clerk and left.

The black male suspect was arrested yesterday, Friday January 6,2023.

Inside Edition sources indicate that this was the large police presence on Walsh Street yesterday evening.

It’s alleged that JEFFREY TYLER LIKUN was the driver in the collision that occurred after a brief police chase.

THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO ~~~~~  January 5, 2023  (LSNews) Kevin Anderson, Captain Fire Prevention, in a media release reported that on  Wednesday January 4^th 2023, Thunder Bay Fire Rescue responded to a report of an unconscious person in a residential dwelling on the 1500 block of Victoria Ave East. The first arriving fire crew found two occupants unconscious inside of the residence.  They were extricated from the home where SNEMS paramedics provided them with emergency medical care. Three other building occupants were able to walk out under their own power but were transported to TBRHSC for care and later released.
