THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO ~~~July 8, 2020 (LSN)  A 47 year old STEPHEN JAMES CAMERON was found GUILTY on October 29,2019 of dangerous driving and aggravated assault on a prominent Thunder Bay Doctor which resulted in wounds, broken bones, a concussion & a detached retina which causes vision problems to this day.

DRYDEN, ONTARIO  ~~~  July 6, 2020 (LSN)  On the 5th of July, 2020 members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Dryden detachment were conducting traffic enforcement duties on Highway 17, Southworth Township (east of Dryden).

Officers conducted traffic stops on two separate vehicles, further investigation revealed that between both vehicles, 386 cases of illegal cigarettes were located at a value of approximately $1,600,000

THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO ~~~~  July 5, 2020 - 17:00  (LSN)  Police Media Release States:  Police are requesting public assistance as they continue to investigate an early morning home invasion ad serious assault that occurred on the city’s north side.

Thunder Bay Police Service officers were dispatched at about 12:45 a.m. on Sunday, July 5 to a residential address in the 300 block of Pearl Street following reports of an assault that had just occurred.

A clean campsite is much less likely to catch the attention of bears in the area.
