The Police Chief has a responsibility to warn the community
THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO ~~~~~~ June 30, 2021 (LSN) DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS AT TBPS NEVER TOLD THE PUBLIC THAT 31 YEAR OLD DUSTIN DENNIS MOFFATT WAS WANTED.
MOFFATT was wanted on warrants for
- -assault with a weapon
- -theft
- -breach of probation
- -breach of release order
Yesterday, Tuesday June 29, 2021 there was two male teenagers stabbed shortly after midnight in the area of the James Street Swing Bridge.
One male was stabbed 3 times and had his throat cut by a known and wanted violent criminal. The killer remained on the loose for over 12 hours. The Director of Communications at TBPS & local taxpayer subsidized media would not tell the public.
A 31-year-old DUSTIN DENNIS MOFFATT was arrested in the afternoon & criminally charged with murder and aggravated assault. He was also arrested on outstanding warrants.
THE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS AT TBPS DID NOT TELL THE PUBLIC ABOUT MOFFATT BEING WANTED ON WARRANTS.
A MURDER COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF THE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS AT TBPS DID HIS JOB
The Director doesn’t care for the safety of taxpayers who fund his salary of over $141 000.
Police Chief Sylvie Hauth continues the status quo of blatant disregard for public safety.
Local taxpayer subsidized media like TBLAZYWATCH & CBC are refusing to report this latest murder. They also will not notify the public about a killer on the loose.
MOFFATT will appear in Thunder Bay Bail Court by video this morning Wednesday June 30,2021 before Justice of the Peace Bruce Leaman to be formally arraigned on the murder & aggravated assault charge.
The Justice of the Peace has no authority to consider release. It is an automatic detention order and only a Superior Court Justice has the authority to consider a release order.
MOFFATT will be remanded into custody at the Thunder Bay Jail and has a future court appearance.

HARDWORKING THUNDER BAY POLICE MAKE ARREST IN ARMED ROBBERY AT LCBO
A 30 year old DUSTIN MOFFAT WAS WANTED FOR USING HANDGUN TO ROB LCBO ON MAY 22,2020.
OOPS! The Director of Communications at TBPS forgot to tell the public that the LCBO was robbed with a handgun and that this person was on the loose. His buddies Dildo Doug & Lazy Leith at TBLAZYWATCH wouldn’t tell the public either.
Hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officers responded to an assault call last night, Friday July 10,2020. Officers arrived quickly and arrested career criminal DUSTIN DENNIS MOFFATT
The 30 year old MOFFATT was wanted for the May 22,2020 armed robbery of the LCBO on Cumberland Street where video surveillance showed him pulling out a handgun to rob the store.
MOFFATT has been criminally charged with:
MOFFATT spent the night in a jail cell at the Thunder Bay Police Station.
He appeared in Thunder Bay Bail Court today by audio before Her Worship, Justice of the Peace Zelda Kitchekeesic.
Provincial Crown Attorney Katrina Van Kessel is not consenting to the release of this career criminal.
As per usual practice, the Director of Communications at Thunder Bay Police did not tell the public about an armed robber at large. He’s just not interested in public safety or highlighting the hard work done by front line TBPS. His excessive soy intake coupled with his inadequate communications skills as a former ad salesman for TBLAZYWATCH have been a detriment to the entire city of Thunder Bay. Many people wish he would just resign. And Police Chief Hauth allows this sub par performance to occur continually.

BENCH WARRANT ISSUED FOR THE ARREST OF 28 YEAR OLD SERIAL THIEF DUSTIN DENNIS MOFFATT.
MOFFATT was schedule to appear for sentencing on theft charges today, Tuesday January 22,2019 in Courtroom 102 before Her Honour Justice Elaine Burton
MOFFATT failed to appear in a timely manner.
The Director of Communications at TBPS will not put out a Wanted notice for the arrest of MOFFATT. It’s simply to hard for him to do that. He’s just not that smart or ambitious. But he likes to collect his taxpayer funded 140 000$ salary annually for hiding in his office.
