VIOLENT KILLER ARSONIST ARRESTED AGAIN BY KENORA OPP
KENORA, ONTARIO ~~~~ December 11, 2022 (LSNews) Hardworking Kenora OPP Officers were called to the Red Apple store at 123 Main Street in Kenora yesterday, Saturday December 10, 2022.
It’s alleged an indigenous female suspect was in the store & damaging merchandise. It’s further alleged that the suspect assaulted a woman and also also assaulted an OPP Officer who arrived on the scene.
A 23 year old FELICITY LOON has been criminally charged with:
- -mischief
- -assault
- -assault OPP
LOON spent the night in custody at Kenora OPP detachment and was transported to the Kenora Jail this morning, Sunday December 11,2022
LOON has a court appearance scheduled this week.

VIOLENT INMATE TO RECEIVE FREE FIREPROOF HOME UPON RELEASE
FELICITY LOON PLEADS GUILTY TO VIOLENT ATTACK ON CORRECTIONAL OFFICER
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS AT TBPS NEVER TOLD THE PUBLIC
A 21 year old FELICITY LOON appeared by video from the Thunder Bay Correctional Center today, Tuesday July 27,2021 in Plea Court before His Honour, Justice David Carr to plead guilty to an assault on a Correctional Officer at the Thunder Bay Correctional Center.
Provincial Crown Attorney Matthew Paik and Defence Attorney Sharon Scharfe have a joint submission for His Honour’s consideration
ADMITTED FACTS
FELICITY LOON was in custody at the Thunder Bay Correctional Center on the evening of June 28,2021. At 9:30pm that night, she reached through a gate and grabbed a female Correctional Officer’s hair and ripped out a chunk of it. The Officer fell and struck her head on a table. She suffered a concussion, along with a section of hair missing.
GLADUE FACTORS & JOINT SUBMISSION
FELICITY LOON is a band member of English River 21 Indian Reserve AKA Grassy Narrows. She was raised by a good Uncle & Aunt. Her grandparents attended residential school. She has FASD, schizophrenia, cognitive, anger & substance abuse issues. She has a lengthy criminal record going back to a youth with several convictions of arson and even manslaughter on her record. FELICITY LOON is serving a sentence for a Kenora arson that is set to expire on September 17,2021. The joint submission is for an additional 75 days of custody. She spent a week in segregation for this assault.
FREE HOUSE
Defense Attorney Sharon Scharfe tells the court that the Kenora Association for Community Living (KACL) has built a FIREPROOF TINY HOME for FELICITY LOON in Kenora. It is specially built just for her and there will be round the clock support workers to help her.
SENTENCING
Justice Carr reviews the criminal record and calls it “shocking” He accepts the joint recommendation and puts in a recommendation that Loon be transferred to Kenora to serve her sentence. If she does not incur any more charges while in custody, she will be released by the beginning of December 2021 at the latest.
As per usual practice, taxpayer subsidized news like CBC & TBLAZYWATCH wouldn’t report the Kenora arson or the attack on the Correctional Officer.

KENORA OPP ARREST ARSON SUSPECT
NOT HER FIRST FIRE!
Hardworking Kenora OPP, fire and paramedics responded to 1151 Minto Avenue shortly before 6:30 pm on Saturday October 24,2020
Firefighters were able to quickly contain and extinguish the fire. Paramedics transported one person to hospital with what's believed to be non-life-threatening injuries.
OPP officers are still investigating, but have arrested a suspect.
A 21 year old FELICITY LOON has been criminally charged with:
- -arson to dwelling house
- -arson knowing people inside
LOON spent the night in a cell at Kenora OPP detachment and appeared by phone in Thunder Bay Bail Court this morning, Sunday October 25,2020 before His Worship, Justice of the Peace Marcel Donio
As the OPP investigation is ongoing, Provincial Crown Attorney Stacey Hamilton requested a 3 day hold on LOON
LOON will be transported to the Kenora Jail and has another court appearance on Wednesday October 28,2020
Inside Edition sources indicate that LOON was also responsible for the deaths of Kassy Finbow & Andrea Reid for an arson in a Southern Ontario group home a few years ago.

KENORA OPP ARREST WOMAN FOR ASSAULT & UNLAWFUL CONFINEMENT
Hardworking Officers with the Kenora OPP responded to an assault call last evening, Saturday May 30,2020 in Kenora.
After investigating, OPP arrested a 21 year old FELICITY LOON. She spent the night in the OPP detachment and appeared by audio in Thunder Bay Bail Court today before Her Worship Justice of the Peace Jennifer Neill.
FELICITY LOON is criminally charged with:
- -assault
- -unlawful confinement
- -breach of probation
Provincial Crown Attorney Rob Kozak is opposes to the release of LOON.
LOON is ordered detained at the Kenora Jail. She will appear in Kenora Bail Court on Monday June 1,2020
