SERIAL WOMAN BEATER WITHDRAWS BAIL APPLICATION AFTER “PLENTY OF FISH” SURETY STARTS CRYING

THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO  ~~~~~  October 4, 2022 (LSNews)  A 46 year old white male, PHILLIP ROSNOW appeared by phone from the Thunder Bay Jail today, Tuesday October 4,2022 before Justice of the Peace Tobey Meyer for a bail hearing.

ROSNOW is facing multiple accounts of assaults on women dating back to January 2018. There are numerous victims that have been assaulted by ROSNOW as well as criminal harassment & stalking allegations.

ROSNOW has allegedly breached his bail several times already by contacting victims.

TBPS MEDIA RELATIONS COORDINATOR SCOTT PARADIS REFUSED TO TELL THE PUBLIC ABOUT ANY OF THESE ARRESTS

ROSNOW has a criminal record that starts in 2007. He has a history of beating on women that he meets on online dating sites.

ROSNOW has 17 criminal convictions of breaching court orders.

ROSNOW has a proposed surety before the court. It’s a woman he met on Plenty of Fish.

The surety, TARA INGRAM of University Drive in Thunder Bay was proposing a $400 pledge to get ROSNOW released.

The experienced veteran, Provincial Crown Attorney Gord Fillmore examines INGRAM inquiring about her financial & employment situation. INGRAM testifies that she works at the Red Sky Métis Nation as an economic development coordinator making $70 000 annually.

She further testified that her home is valued at $300 000 and she owes $90 000 on the mortgage.

She’s a single mother and is aware that he has some criminal convictions for violence on women, but isn’t concerned because “that’s only one side of the story”

INGRAM becomes increasingly irritated at the questions by the Provincial Crown and she tries asking him “Why are you asking this? Why don’t you just get to the point?”

Crown Attorney Fillmore is far too intelligent and experienced to be shaken by INGRAM as he reminds her that it’s his job to ask the questions and her job to answer.

INGRAM breaks out crying into tears and court needs to stand down for INGRAM to regain her composure.

Court resumes and INGRAM is choosing to remain combative with Provincial Crown Fillmore. This is a losing battle for her. She’s brought a stick to a gun fight.

INGRAM is reconsidering her surety application. Court stands down again.

When court resumes, Defence Attorney Amanda Gallo informs the court that ROSNOW is withdrawing his bail application today. They are not consenting to a detention order.

Another bail plan will try to be developed.

ROSNOW will remain in the Thunder Bay Jail & has another court appearance on October 13,2022

Inside Edition sources indicate that no members of ROSNOW’S family are willing to help him due to his repeated breaches of court orders.

TBPS Media Relations Coordinator Scott Paradis refuses to tell the public about serial woman beaters in Thunder Bay. He doesn’t care about the safety of women. Just like his buddies at TBLAZYWATCH
