Sadly, TBPS Media Relations Coordinator Scott Paradis hasn’t told the public again. He’s struggled for years to communicate with the public, just like his boss Chris Adams. Both of them are former TBLAZYWATCH employees with no policing experience. They just collect taxpayer dollars to do nothing.
TBPS Police Chief Sylvie Hauth has been unable to effectively manage the communications department and she is currently under criminal investigation by the Ontario Provincial Police and is likely facing criminal charges later this year.
Editor Notes

This Thunder Bay Police Image shows how successful Thunder Bay Drug Department is in attracting Toronto Drug Dealers
The $100,000 plus cash is from sales to Thunder Bay Homeless Drug Users
No wonder city Council is so supportive of their Drug Department with a street value of $200 000 for OVER 5 1/2 POUNDS OF COCAINE, OVER $100 000 in FENTANYL PLUS OVER $100 000 IN CASH
City council should reward their Drug Department by putting them under the CDC they are doing such an amazing job of Attracting Toronto Drug Dealers to Thunder Bay with the "Please do not Stigmaize Drug Use Program"
But not sure the 158 parents that lost a child to drug use last year support more Toronto Drug Dealers coming to Thunder Bay.
They have not said how many are dead so far this year.

Appearing this morning Wednesday January 30,2019 via video from the Thunder Bay Police Station in Courtroom 104 is 28 year old MICHAEL PRAYHAY of Carabob Court in Scarborough, Ontario.
PRAYHAY is a muscular black man wearing a white T-shirt. He goes by the street name “SWISH”.

PRAYHAY was charged yesterday by TBPS
- -Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking x 2, of crack cocaine and cocaine.

Thunder Bay Police Service officers responded to a call for service at 219 Finlayson Street just before 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2019.
Responding officers were allowed into the residence to check on the welfare of people inside. As a result a male at the residence was arrested for possession for the purpose of trafficking. Officers found the male was in possession of a quantity of suspected crack cocaine and a quantity of money.
The Thunder Bay Police Service’s drug unit, with assistance from the OPP, NAPS and APS, later executed a search warrant at the home. As a result of that search officers located about $70,000 in Canadian currency.
Police also seized a quantity of suspected crack cocaine believed to have an estimated street value of about $53,000, and a quantity of suspected cocaine with an estimated street value of about $26,000.
Duty Counsel Roberge though the instructions of Gil Labine wants to get a bail hearing tomorrow for PRAYHAY.
Federal Crown Poirier scoffs at that idea and reminds His Worship Caron that this will be a special bail hearing and require more than 2 hours. His Worship agrees with Crown Poirier.
PRAYHAY is being transferred to the Thunder Bay Jail and will appear from there by video tomorrow to try set date for a bail hearing.
GOOD JOB BY ALL POLICE OFFICERS INVOLVED
WRITER’S NOTE. The Director of Communications at TBPS actually did a bit of work today. He probably got all filled up on soy early this morning.
