KENORA OPP DRUG BUST

KENORA, ONTARIO ~~~~~~ January 13, 2022 (LSNews) Kenora OPP Officers witnessed a suspected drug transaction on January 6, 2023 during an investigation.
A 40 year old white male suspect was arrested and is facing several charges after being busted with cocaine, meth, cash and two weapons in downtown Kenora.
Officers arrested two individuals and seized quantities of cocaine, crystal methamphetamine, hydromorphone tablets and other items used in the sale of drugs. The rough value of the suspected substances is over $600, according to the OPP.
A 40 year old SEAN CASTON of Kenora is facing criminal charges of:
- -Possession for the purpose of trafficking – methamphetamine
- -Possession for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine
- -Possession for the purpose of trafficking – hydromorphone
- -Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000
CASTON has been released and is scheduled to appear in Kenora courts on February 16. The other individual, whose name was not released by the OPP, was released unconditionally.
