Large Amout of support for Freedom Convoy

In Northeestern Ontario and Thunder Bay

THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO   ~~~~~~  January 27, 2022  (LSNews)  There was a great deal of Support  from Thunder Bay residents Wednesday evening when the Freedom Convoy arrived in Thunder Bay

Many residents brought out food and baking to the member of the Convoy which was very much appreciated. Portable Toilets had in place in many locations for the benefit of the Truckers

From Thunder Bay

White River

Thursday the Convoy split into  two groups one taking highway 11 and the other highway 17 to Sault Ste Marie the OPP Reported Plans are to join together in North Bay for the march to Ottawa.

Parallel Groups Developing according to Ottawa Deputy Chief Steve Bell voiced concern about “parallel groups” that intelligence suggests will also turn up to the protest. The police are trying to reach these groups — as well as counter-protesters — to discuss their aims. This could be the same people that were harassing Supporters of the Freedom Convoy in Thunder Bay.

It is prompting police to prepare for violence and politicians to warn against escalating rhetoric linked to the demonstration.

The Leaders of the Freedom Convoy are hoping for a Successful and  Peaceful legal demonstration Saturday in Ottawa

Conservative leader Erin O’Toole said that he will be meeting with truckers when they arrive in Ottawa tomorrow as part of a convoy that have traveled across the country in protest of mandatory COVID-19 vaccines.

“I’ve never seen the country more divided,” he said during a press conference Thursday. “This convoy in many ways represents people who feel they do not have a voice in Ottawa.”
