Roasted tomatoes, fresh basil and heavy cream,
Finished with fresh parsley.
A blend of Roma tomatoes, fresh basil and garlic
on a toasted baguette.
Fresh heart shaped mozzarella, tomatoes and fresh basil.
Seafood Penne Alfredo
A mixture of mussels, lobster and pickerel tossed in a
citrus Alfredo with penne and garlic toast.
Stuffed Pork Tenderloin
Marinated pork tenderloin stuffed with spinach, mushrooms,
and feta. Served with roasted potatoes, glazed carrots,
mushroom gravy and fresh thyme.
Slow roasted prime rib with garlic and fresh herbs. Served with roasted potatoes, sautéed green beans and red wine demi.
Red Velvet Hearts
Heart shaped cupcakes with cream cheese frosting.
Strawberry Chocolate Trifle
Mini trifle with house made whip cream and fresh strawberries
Finished with vanilla cookie crumble.
